Description

The Navien NWP500-65 is an indoor heat pump (hybrid) electric water heater with a 65 gal stainless steel storage tank. It draws heat from the surrounding air to warm water, and relies on built-in electric heating elements as backup when demand is high.

It carries a UEF rating of 4.03 and a first hour rating of 80 gal. The cabinet measures 25.0″ W x 63.0″ H and the unit weighs 204 lbs (net). It runs on a 208-240 V AC single-phase supply and uses R-134a refrigerant.
