Agreement to pay
When you place an order, you agree to pay the total shown at checkout, including the product price and any applicable taxes. Shipping is free on all orders.
Prices and currency
All prices are in US dollars (USD). Prices, discounts and offers may change without notice, but the price shown when you place your order is the price you pay.
Payment methods

Quotes for service work
Installation, repair and maintenance work is billed according to a written quote. The payment terms are stated on the quote, and work is confirmed once you accept it.
Failed payments
If a payment fails or is declined, we may hold or cancel the order until payment is completed.
Refunds
Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method. See our Refund & Return Policy for the return window, fees and processing time.
Changes
We may update these billing terms from time to time. The terms in force when you place your order apply to that order.
