Where we deliver
We deliver to all 50 US states, including Alaska and Hawaii. We do not currently ship outside the United States.
Standard and freight delivery
Small items ship by standard carrier. Water heaters, heat pumps and other large items ship by freight and may need a delivery appointment. Delivery options and estimated dates are shown at checkout.
Before the delivery
Check that the delivery address is correct and that someone can receive the order. For freight items, make sure there is safe access for the truck and space to unload.
On delivery
Inspect the packaging and the product before you sign. If you see damage, note it on the delivery paperwork, take photos and contact us within 7 days.
Returning an item
Eligible items can be returned within 60 days of delivery, by mail or in store, if they are new, unused and in the original packaging. A 15% restocking fee applies unless the item arrived defective, damaged or was sent in error. Contact us with your order number to receive return instructions. Return shipping
Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item arrived damaged, defective or was sent in error. Large items may need a pickup, which we will arrange with you.
