How do I choose the right water heater?
It depends on how many fixtures run at once, your incoming water temperature and your fuel type. Use the sizing calculator on our home page, or contact us and we'll help you choose.
Do I need a water softener or a filter?
A softener reduces hardness (scale); a filter removes sediment, chlorine and other contaminants. A water test tells you which one — or both — you need.
Installation & Warranty
Do I need a professional to install my system?
We recommend professional installation, especially for gas, electrical and plumbing connections. Local codes may require it.

What is your return policy?
